It’s that time of year again. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced training webinars for Plan Year 2023.
For New Agents and Brokers: Wednesday, August 10, 1:00 P.M. – 2:30 P.M. CT This webinar will provide an overview of Registration and Training requirements for agents and brokers who are new to the Marketplace for plan year 2023. (“New” refers to agents/brokers who did not complete 2022 registration and training.)
For Returning Agents and Brokers: Thursday, August 11, 1:00 P.M. – 2:30 P.M. CT This webinar will include 2023 updates to Registration and Training requirements for returning agents and brokers. (“Returning” refers to agents/brokers who completed 2022 registration and training.)

Also, keep in mind that all product training for Plan Year 2023—and all Marketplace certification/registration—must be completed by October 1, 2022. The license and certification team will upload your certification completion to your 2023 sales profile.
